Free shipping is available for economy delivery service. For standard and express delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight. The shipping cost are calculated automatically on the checkout page.

We also provide expedited shipping (DHL/UPS/IB), which takes 3-7 working days worldwide (excluding Russia and Brazil).
Please note, however, the economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredicted situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please kindly note that if there is an item title caption for that picture/post, you can use that title to search in the store. If there is no item title for that picture, that means we are still trying to get it for you. We will post it again as soon as we have it available to sell.
3. Will I get a confirmation email after I make a purchase?
Yes. After you successfully make a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address related to your order. The confirmation email will include an order number, shipping address, and item information for you to check.
4. Can I still change the order information (size, color, item etc.) for my order after I make payment?
We are very efficient in order processing. Normally the order will be sent out within 24 hours except on a weekend or holiday. We will do our best to help you make the change. If the package has already been sent out, however, we are sorry that there is no way for us to make any change.
5. How can I check my order?
After your package is sent out, you will receive a shipping email, in which there is a tracking number and tracking website for you to track your package.
If you cannot find enough information on the tracking website, please don’t worry. It takes time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Yes. As soon as we send your package out, a shipping email will be sent to the email address related with your order. There is a tracking number and tracking website in the email for you to track your package.
7. Do you send packages to my shipping address or billing address?
We send packages to the shipping address you provide. Billing addresses are not used for delivery.
